Open Range & Low Light Firearms Training
Our “Open Range Days” are an opportunity for students to work on whatever firearms skills they are interested in improving upon. During our Open Range sessions we will have all of our Instructors on hand to help students work through any fundamental problems they are experiencing or specifically address areas students would like to improve. In addition during these sessions the staff will be running various competitive “drills”, so that our advanced students can continue to hone their shooting skills as well. This Open Range session will be held from 2-5:30 and will be followed by a short dinner break before beginning the second portion of the training, which will be low light firearms training.
The “Low Light Firearms Training” session is an opportunity for our students to work on their skillset during reduced visibility. Many of our new students have never used their weapons mounted flashlights or handheld tac lights while actually conduction live fire exercises and engaging targets. During this class we aim to address both, and provide a very valuable training experience that is difficult to find anywhere else!
If you are a student who possesses NVGs (Night Vision Goggles), this is also an opportunity for you to practice with your equipment as well.
